What an exciting few of weeks for our incredible In Stitches performers! If you were lucky enough to get a ticket to see the Rose Bruford third year Actor Musicianship show at the end of last week, you will have seen our very own Cameron Baker-Stewart starring as Jojo in Seussical The Musical!
Many of the In Stitches performers went along to support Cameron in what was his final show as a Rose Bruford student before he graduates, and what a way to go out with a bang!
The musical, inspired by the literary works of Dr Seuss, is as wacky and colourful as you would imagine, and as much fun to watch as it was to perform in. As you all know, Cameron is no stranger to a bit of craziness, thanks to his time with In Stitches, so he felt right at home in the madness of Seussical.

Cameron was endearing as Jojo. His performance was both moving and funny, and he won the audience over to his side instantly.
The special twist in this production was seeing the actors playing all of the instruments whilst acting on stage (and in the audience), and even using them as props. Cameron exhibited his gorgeous singing voice, as well as playing guitar and piano. We sure are proud to have such talented performers in our company!

As Cameron graduates into the professional world of acting, he feels confident to have the rest of the In Stitches company rooting for him and supporting his work. He is sure to make a splash in the industry, especially if his performance in Seussical is anything to go by!
